The brief
I learn your property, your guests and how they book, then map every page before a single line is written. Nothing starts until the plan is clear.
Stage 01 · Draft · Week 1 to 2
Structure and copy
Sitemap, page structure and copy direction, agreed with you first. The map gets signed off before any code exists, so there are no surprises later.
Stage 02 · Build · Week 2 to 4
Hand coding
HTML, CSS and JavaScript written by hand. No builders, no bloat. Responsive, fast, and wired for WhatsApp or booking wherever you need it.
Stage 03 · Launch · Week 4
Live and handed over
Deployed, tested on real hill bandwidth, submitted to Google, and handed to you clean. Keep it running with the optional care plan, or take the keys.

Asked before every build.
Why hand coded instead of WordPress or Wix?
Builders add weight you never see: plugins, trackers, heavy code. Hand coded means only what your site actually needs, so it loads fast and Google reads it cleanly. It also means no monthly platform fee and no plugin that breaks at midnight.
How long does a build take?
Basecamp is usually 2 to 3 weeks. Ridge 3 to 4. Summit depends on scope. You get the full timeline in writing before we start, and I keep to it.
Can I edit it myself later?
Simple text and image swaps, yes, and I will show you how. Bigger changes are what the care plan covers, or a quick paid update. Nothing is locked behind a platform you cannot leave.
Do you host it, and who owns the site?
Your site goes on fast, reliable hosting and the domain stays in your name. You own everything. I can manage it for you, or hand you the keys and step back.
